All orders fulfilled Monday through Friday, before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day.

We do our best to get orders to you as soon as possible and orders placed with a subtotal over ₹1899 have free shipping. Cash on Delivery shipping will incur a fee between ₹125 and ₹200, depending on the items ordered.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

For shipping to Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Middle East Countries we offer shipping for a fee.

Contact our support team to get shipping rates, duties, and taxes. From time of order, processing time is 1-2 business days. From there, Overseas customers can expect an average transit time of 5-10 business days from time of shipment, with customs clearance included. Of course, sometimes shipments take a little longer to clear customs — this is out of Bobu Kids control.

Replacement is applicable on receiving wrong products, different size, same product different color, completely different product.

Defective product – torn, broken, or dirty with any stains. Receiving incomplete products like parts of missing products. Any missing parts will be dispatched on the same day when notified within same day of receiving the order. A video proof of package opening should be shared. Replacement of damaged or defective or missing items are not applicable without video proof.
